Mark Gilliland founded Gilliland Investment Management in September, 2002 to help clients with their investing and financial planning needs. Mark graduated from West Texas A&M University in 1984 with a BBA in Finance, and in 1986 with a Masters in Accounting. He received his CPA license in 1989. Mark spent 4 years working for two accounting firms (including KPMG Peat Marwick) and 11 years in the corporate world, working his way from assistant controller to controller and finally to CFO. In 2002, Mark founded Gilliland Investment Management, binging to reality a dream he developed as a business student at WT just 18 years earlier. Mark is past president of the Panhandle Chapter of CPAs and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs. He and his family are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church where he is an elder. He serves on the Presbyterian Children’s Home Board of Trustees.

Kaye Gilliland
Kaye Gilliland has been employed at Gilliland Investment Management since January 2003 as Bookkeeper and Client Service Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Family and Consumer Science Education in 1987. She holds an Elementary Teaching Certificate from West Texas A&M University with an English concentration for grades 1-8. Previous to working at Gilliland Investment Management, Kaye was an Extension Assistant for the Texas Agricultural Extension Service and the Project Director for the ES-USDA Youth at Risk Grant for School Age Child Care. Before that, she taught 4th grade at Wildorado Independent School District. Kaye serves as a deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church. She keeps busy keeping up with their four active kids.
